Catering: Food and drink will be available either at the club

Notes: The track will be closed at 18h00 on Thursday 8 July so that all competitors can enter.
Another person can enter a competitor, provided that that person pays all monies due by said competitor.
Anyone not entered during this period will only be accommodated should there be available space in races, and provided that no race schedules have been published yet.
Payment by cheque is preferable.

Each class will be scrutineered directly prior to the start of the first heat of that class. All cars will be impounded directly after scrutineering, and will not be available to the racers. Scrutineering spot checks will be done on Saturday and at other times.

A final racing schedule will be posted on Thursday night after entries have closed. Race control will adhere to this schedule, and the onus will be on racers to be ready for their races at the allocated times.
